Ukrainian Minister for Veterans Iryna Friz as part of his three-day working visit to Croatia 17. May 2019. was met with representatives of the Association of Croatian veterans treated for PTSD Croatia, Association of Special Police from the Homeland War and the Association of 100% -tnih HRVI I. group. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Croatian Defenders, and focused on the work of associations and meeting with difficulties that Croatian defenders face in their daily lives. Representatives of the Community presented their activities implemented in order to mitigate the consequences of PSTP's having an impact not only on the Croatian defenders, but also to their family members. 74. Anniversary of the liberation of the Mauthausen concentration camp
At the invitation of the Croatian Embassy in Austria Representation of the Community's 05. May 2019. year attended the celebration of 74. anniversary of the liberation of the Mauthausen concentration camp in Austria. The representatives of the Embassy laid a wreath at the memorial plaque which Croatia has set 2001. years and so to honor Croatian, but also to all other victims II. World War who lost their lives in the camp. COORDINATION MEETING 8. i 9. Knowledge Center - Zadar

29. GENERAL PARLIAMENT World Veteran FEDERATION
Management ZUHBL PTSD RH, President Tihomir Trešćec secretary Ivica Turić, in the period from 16. February - February 18 2019. year participated in the 29. General conference of the World Veteran Federation in Paris as representatives of veterans associations member of the World Federation of veterans from the Croatian. Also, participated in a roundtable on peace and security issues and the health and social problems of veterans around the world.
Cooperation ZUHBL PTSD RH with "Union of veterans" of the Sarajevo Canton
In December 2018. as part of the "International cooperation" leadership ZUHBL PTSD Croatia was visited by association JOB 'Union Veterans "Canton Sarajevo and met with the Assistant Minister for Veterans' Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton Mr.. Smajlovic. During the visit, the presidency of the Community and representatives of associations JOB "Union of Veterans' Sarajevo Canton through this cooperation, exchanged experiences in work, but the emphasis was on experience in working with veterans and the most common difficulties that you encounter in everyday life defenders. Representatives of the Community visited the tomb of veteran-pioneers from the Army of BiH Ahme Begovic who was the founder of the first veterans' organizations and longtime president JOB's "Union of veterans" of the Sarajevo Canton.
Visit local member associations
In December 2018. The members of the presidency ZUHBL PTSD Croatia thanks to the financial support of the National Foundation for Civil Society Development, visited the Association of Croatian War Veterans Suffering from PTSD Dubrovnik-Neretva County. With representatives of the Dubrovnik association took part in the celebration of the Day of Dubrovnik War Veterans and 27. anniversary of the successful defense of the city in the war and visited the Museum of the Patriotic War on Srđ. Visiting association lasted two days, and during the visit to exchange experiences, and the leadership of the local Association presented the difficulties they encounter in their work. DAY ASSOCIATION ZAGREB COUNTY
Representation UHBL PTSD Zagreb County participated in the celebrations of the Association of Zagreb County with a focus on the activities of veterans' associations from the Homeland War. As part of the same organized the debate "veterans' associations and the importance of their actions in the Zagreb County" and, along with other representatives of associations working at the Zagreb County President g. WORKSHOPS
As part of the "psychological and spiritual empowerment of Croatian defenders treated from PTSD and their families," financed by the Ministry of Croatian Defenders in three cities (Slatina, Grubišno Polje and Daruvar) held three workshops and panel discussions about PTSD and in cooperation with the Croatian Association for Suicide Prevention. Workshop topics and discussions were "About drugs and their impact on the ability of users", "Hit the target and how to achieve it" and "The Meaning of Life: Or for which we have fought?“. The same were designed to veterans suffering from PTSD and women veterans and their family members. Given the large turnout at forums and workshops turned out that there is still a need for continuously organizing such events.
