As part of the project "Analysis of social factors that affect the quality of life of the veteran population – guidelines for the future " 19. March 2022. starting at 11:00 hours in the House of Culture Sračinec, Varaždinska 273 a presentation of proposed guidelines on "Health care of Croatian veterans" based on research results and field experiences was held, as well as the second psychosocial workshop on the connection between physical health and the aspect of spirituality. The guidelines were presented to the audience by the advisor of the thematic network for health, mag.med.techn, Stanko Šincek, issues of preventive measures were addressed, treatment, palliative medicine and rehabilitation of the target group (defenders). The results indicate the importance of maintaining and improving mental health and psychological factors, in order to improve the general quality of life of individuals and ultimately to create a happier and more functional society as a whole. After the presentation of the guidelines, the second psychosocial workshop was held, which was joined by Rev.. Ivica Cujzek who on the feast of St.. Josip gave a lecture to the participants on the connection between spiritual peace and physical health and how to achieve and maintain peace, joy and how to contribute to the construction of modern society. The holder of the project is the Association of Veterans of the Croatian Guards, and on it with the Association of Croatian Veterans Treated for PTSD of the Republic of Croatia as a project partner, participates more 15 civil society organizations and higher education and scientific institutions with the aim of developing dialogue and strengthening cooperation between veterans' associations, other civil society organizations, local and regional self-government units, social partners and scientific institutions with the purpose of developing guidelines for improving the quality of life of Croatian veterans.

In the action entitled "Ukraine is not alone with us", members from the member association from Međimurje County, UHBDL PTSD MZ organized and collected and delivered supplies for women and children refugees from the war zone of Ukraine. Praiseworthy action and great help of members who have already shown themselves with such actions in their county, as well as in the area of ​​Sisak-Moslavina County after the devastating earthquake.

Association of Croatian Veterans Treated for PTSD Zagreb on the occasion of marking the anniversary of the beginning of the Homeland War, as part of the program 30 years later - remembrance of the victims of the war funded by the City of Zagreb, organized a parade from the association's headquarters in Novi Zagreb to the new Monument to the Homeland near the City Hall. Members of the association and family took part in the parade, thus paying tribute to all the victims of the war, but also expressed sympathy for the Ukrainian people and the suffering they are going through. Wreaths and lighted candles were laid at the monument.

After 8 members traveled to Vukovar and Škabrnje and laid wreaths and lit candles for all the victims at the places of suffering. They remembered all the brave defenders and civilians who, because of the aggression against their country, sacrificed their lives and helped create our country.

The meeting was organized in Scott Bay (Kraljevica), and participated 13 association which is the most since the games are held. As in previous years, the competitors competed in four disciplines: darts, table tennis, chess and archery. The opening of the games was on Saturday 25. September 2021. In Scott Bay, during the sports games, members of UHBL PTSD Zagreb conducted a diving activity along the shore of Scott Bay in search of discarded garbage and objects at the bottom of the sea. Not many discarded objects were found in this small action, which indicates a positive attitude towards nature and care for the environment.. 30. The anniversary of the liberation of the barracks and the Day of the Homeland War Veterans of Križevci were marked by a three-day event with the laying of wreaths and paying tribute to the fallen veterans.. A special concert of the klapa Sveti Juraj of the Croatian Navy was also held. On Friday 17. September, a monument was unveiled for 37 killed Croatian defenders of the area, and at the ceremony of unveiling the monument, the names of all those killed were read. At the initiative of associations from the Homeland War of the Koprivnica region, and with joint funding from the Ministry of Croatian Veterans and the City of Križevac, in the area of ​​the former barracks, which is today completely repurposed for civilian purposes, a monument to the defenders of Križevci was unveiled. The monument is heavy 24 tone, in the blocks which are the perforation of the cross and within which the names of all are inscribed 37 killed veterans, and the podium of the monument is surrounded by 37 grassy green areas. This beautiful monument was jointly discovered by children, widows and parents of killed Croatian war veterans,  Minister of Croatian Veterans Tomo Medved, Envoy of the Prime Minister Andrej Plenković and Colonel General Marijan Mareković, envoy of the President of the Republic Zoran Milanović. God's blessing on the unveiling of the memorial to Croatian war veterans in Križevci was invoked by the military bishop Msgr.. Jure Bogdan.

After last year's break caused by the pandemic, on Saturday 12. June 2021. in Križevci was again held the traditional competition in cooking fish and fishing on a float co-organized by UHBL PTSD Koprivnica-Križevci County "St.. Marko Križevčanin ”and ZUHBL PTSD RH. This year, due to a pandemic, The competition was held entirely on Lake "Bajer Ciglana", unlike previous years when a fish cooking competition was held downtown. Among the guests were the prefect of Koprivnica-Križevci County Darko Koren and the deputy mayor of the City of Križevci Danijel Šaško. She participated in a fish cooking competition 9 team while in fishing strength measured 17 fish. According to the decision of the taster, the one from the association from Varazdin County while in second and third place they were followed by associations from Zagrebačke to Vukovar-Sirmium County.
In float fishing, individually the most successful fisherman was Mladen Vrban from UHBDDR - Peteranec from Koprivnica-Križevci County, and they took second and third place Darko Šimunić i Željko Gospočić from Krapina-Zagorje County.
